I have recently completed my MS degree in Human Resource Management from NUST, H12 Campus. I have been working with PsychPlus (an American healthcare start-up) as a full-time recruiter for a little over an year now. In my current role, I got the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where I learned the end-to-end recruitment cycle, onboarding cycle, maintained employee databases, learned different HR tools such as Bamboo HR and supported day-to-day HR and operation processes. My main focus has remained recruiting for the US based offices, clinics and hospitals, however, I also got the opportunity to work with the hiring team in Pakistan and got hands-on experience hiring for various technical and non-technical roles as well. I would love to explore other HR functions such as HR and Operations, Payroll, Training and Onboarding along with the end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition function. I am looking forward to newer opportunities and am ready to take on a challenge.
