Business Development Expert – Staff Augmentation

We're looking for a Business Development Expert to own client acquisition for Remotiv staff augmentation and dedicated team solutions across the US, Middle East, and Europe. You'll run the full sales cycle - from outbound prospecting and discovery to proposals, negotiation, and close - while working closely with internal recruitment and delivery teams to match client needs with the right talent. This role requires someone who understands how staff augmentation works and knows how to sell it.

• Generate qualified leads across US, Middle East, and European markets through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email, cold calling, and referrals
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client hiring needs, budgets, timelines, and engagement preferences
