We're looking for an AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain AI-powered agents and automated workflows across business functions for a company. You'll work directly with stakeholders to map existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and convert them into reliable, production-ready solutions using no-code and low-code platforms, REST APIs, and AI models. This is a hands-on role owning the full automation lifecycle - from discovery and design through deployment, documentation, and ongoing optimization.
What you'll do
- Design and build AI agents and multi-step automated workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, Workato, or similar platforms
- Integrate third-party systems through REST APIs, webhooks, and connectors - handling authentication, data mapping, and error conditions
