About this role

Hiring a Research Executive to own end-to-end research projects - from proposal design to client presentation — working directly with the Research Manager and client accounts.

What you'll do

  • Lead small to medium-scale research projects independently, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Design research instruments — questionnaires and discussion guides — aligned to specific client objectives

Analyze and interpret quantitative, qualitative, and secondary data into clear, actionable insights
  • Build and deliver insight-driven reports and presentations for client review
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, presenting findings and practical recommendations
  • Guide junior team members on project coordination and analytical tasks

    • What we're looking for

    • Experience integrating multiple data types — quant, qual, and secondary research
    • Prior exposure to client servicing or account management in a research setting
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience also welcome.
    • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a market or business research
    • Proven ability to manage a research project independently from brief to delivery
    • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to accuracy
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
